Juno Mobile Computer
The latest generation of the highly productive yet affordable Juno™ series handhelds are Trimble’s most compact, lightweight, GPS handhelds. Running the Windows® Embedded Handheld 6.5 Professional operating system, they feature a 5 megapixel camera, Bluetooth® and wireless connectivity, with an all-day battery. The redesigned shell is resistant to dust, water and shock which makes the Juno even tougher.
You can use the Juno to calculate field acreage, locate soil sample points by grid or zone, scout for pests or problem spots, or to collect important field records. The integrated GPS receiver will automatically locate your position when using field solutions software such as Farm Works Mobile software or Ag Leader SMS Mobile software.

Lorra says: if you want to control a rate controller (example: Raven 440) using the Farm Works Mobile software VRA feature, you need to purchase the Nomad 900L handheld because of the built in Compact Flash Card slot and the serial port at the bottom. For the Yuma you will need to convert a USB slot with a 9 pin serial converter. For each of the above purchase a F/F Null modem cable.
Lorra says: If you want to use a sub-meter antenna, purchase a Nomad or Yuma because you will need the 9 pin serial port at the bottom of each unit.
* Camera utilizes the compact flash card slot in the 900LC & 900XE, so there are no available compact flash card slots. All Nomad 900 models do come with secure digital card slot.
